Effective Date: 1 July 2026
Terms and Conditions
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the INOZETEK Australia website, dealer portal, products, training, template-cutting services, merchandise and related services. They apply to every account application, order, purchase, booking and use of those products or services.
INOZETEK Australia is operated by INOZETEK AUSTRALIA PTY LTD (ABN 84 645 729 362). In these Terms, “Customer” means the approved business account holder, applicant or purchaser. By accessing the Website, applying for or maintaining a Dealer Account, placing an Order, or receiving Goods or Services, the Customer agrees to be bound by these Terms.
Key Commercial Terms
Trade-only supply
Supply is limited to approved professional wrap shops and commercial installers.
Change-of-mind returns
Return requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days of delivery and require written approval.
Special orders
Special-order products are generally non-cancellable and non-returnable once processing has commenced.
Colour and repair material
Exact colour or batch matching cannot be guaranteed, particularly for repair material.
1. Trade-Only Supply and Dealer Accounts
1.1 Trade-only supply
INOZETEK Australia operates as a trade-only distributor. Supply is limited to approved professional wrap shops, detailing businesses and commercial installers. Goods are not supplied directly to the public, individual installers or persons without an approved commercial business operation, except where INOZETEK Australia expressly approves otherwise in writing.
1.2 Account applications and approval
An application for a Dealer Account may require business information, including an ABN, commercial address, website, social-media presence, prior installation experience and examples of work. Approval, refusal, suspension or cancellation of a Dealer Account remains at the discretion of INOZETEK Australia, including where required information is incomplete, inaccurate or misleading, or the account no longer satisfies the applicable trade requirements.
1.3 Account access and security
Dealer pricing, ordering functions, warranty registration and warranty claims are available only through an approved Dealer Account. The Customer must ensure that account information remains current, accurate and complete. Account credentials must be kept confidential and must not be transferred, shared or used by another business without prior written consent.
1.4 Dealer programs
Dealer status, Shield Network status, Regional Flagship status, pricing tiers, product access and associated benefits may be subject to separate eligibility criteria, program terms and approval requirements.
2. Products, Availability and Colour Representation
2.1 Product information and samples
Product descriptions, images, specifications, stock information and pricing are prepared with reasonable care. However, typographical, administrative, technical or display errors may occur. Website images, vehicle renders, photographs, samples, swatch books and digital displays are indicative only and do not represent an exact colour, finish or appearance.
2.2 Colour, finish and batch variation
Colours, metallic finishes, pearl effects and colour-shifting finishes may vary according to lighting, viewing angle, screen settings, vehicle contours, surrounding colours and environmental conditions. Variation may also occur between production batches. Where repair material is supplied for an existing installation, an exact match cannot be guaranteed due to batch variation, ageing, UV exposure, weathering, maintenance history and other environmental factors. Colour or finish variation consistent with these circumstances does not, of itself, constitute a defect.
2.3 Product availability status
Product availability may be displayed using the following categories:
| Status | Meaning |
| Available | The Goods are physically available at the Australian warehouse. |
| Available for Special Order | The Goods are not held at the Australian warehouse but are expected to be available through an overseas warehouse or supplier. |
| Unavailable | The Goods are unavailable locally and overseas, or production has not been completed or released for sale. |
2.4 Availability changes
Where Goods displayed as available cannot be supplied in the requested quantity, format, length or full-roll configuration, INOZETEK Australia may offer an available alternative, partial length, substitute product, revised lead time, credit or refund.
3. Orders, Pricing and Payment
3.1 Pricing
All prices are stated in Australian dollars and include GST unless otherwise stated. Pricing, freight charges, dealer discounts and product availability may change without notice for future Orders. A price confirmed in an accepted and paid Order will not ordinarily change unless an obvious pricing, system, website or administrative error has occurred.
3.2 Order acceptance
Submission of an Order constitutes an offer by the Customer to purchase the relevant Goods or Services. A binding contract is formed only when INOZETEK Australia issues written confirmation of acceptance, confirms availability and, where applicable, receives payment in cleared funds.
3.3 Order changes and cancellation
INOZETEK Australia may decline, cancel or amend an Order where there is an obvious pricing, website, system or administrative error; insufficient stock or inability to obtain stock; an incorrect product, quantity or freight calculation; an account eligibility issue; suspected misuse, fraud or unauthorised activity; or another reasonable operational, legal or commercial ground. Where payment has been received for an Order that cannot be supplied, INOZETEK Australia may offer an alternative product, credit, revised delivery timeframe or refund.
3.4 Payment
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment in full is required before Goods, Special Order Products, template cutting or other Services are processed.
4. Special Orders
4.1 Nature of a Special Order
A Special Order Product is a product that is not held at the Australian warehouse and is ordered or sourced specifically for the Customer. A Special Order Product may be dispatched directly from an overseas warehouse.
4.2 Lead times and availability
A lead time of approximately 7-10 business days may be displayed or advised for a Special Order Product. This timeframe is an estimate only and may be affected by overseas stock confirmation, warehouse handling, carrier collection, customs clearance, public holidays, production delays and international freight conditions.
4.3 Customer acknowledgement
By proceeding with a Special Order Product, the Customer acknowledges that overseas stock remains subject to confirmation, international freight, customs, supplier and carrier delays may occur, and the same batch, production date or exact colour match may not be available for future repair material. A Special Order Product cannot ordinarily be cancelled, returned or exchanged once processing has commenced, except to the extent required by law.
5. Shipping, Delivery, Title and Risk
5.1 Delivery
Delivery is made to approved business addresses within Australia, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Certain Goods may be dispatched directly from an overseas warehouse to reduce delivery time. Delivery dates, estimated arrival dates and tracking updates are indicative only. INOZETEK Australia is not responsible for delay caused by freight carriers, customs, warehouse handling, public holidays, severe weather, supplier delays or another matter outside its reasonable control.
5.2 Inspection and freight issues
Goods must be inspected promptly on delivery. Any visible freight damage, incorrect item, missing item or shortage should be reported within 2 business days of delivery, supported by clear photographs of the outer packaging, labels and affected material where possible. Packaging and damaged goods must be retained until further instructions are issued.
5.3 Title and risk
Title to Goods remains with INOZETEK Australia until all amounts owing in respect of those Goods have been received in cleared funds. Risk in Goods passes to the Customer when the Goods are delivered to the nominated delivery address, except to the extent otherwise required by law.
6. Returns, Refunds and Credits
6.1 Change-of-mind returns
Subject to prior written approval, INOZETEK Australia may accept a change-of-mind return where the return request is submitted within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to the Customer’s nominated delivery address. A return request received after that period will not be accepted for a change-of-mind return, refund or credit.
6.2 Return requirements
An approved change-of-mind return must satisfy all of the following requirements:
- the product is unopened, uncut, unused and in its original packaging;
- the product is free from damage, marks, contamination, alteration or deterioration;
- written return approval has been issued before the Goods are sent back; and
- the Goods are returned within the timeframe and in the manner advised by INOZETEK Australia.
Approved change-of-mind returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%, plus any original freight, return freight or other reasonable costs incurred by INOZETEK Australia
6.3 Products not eligible for change-of-mind return
The following products are not eligible for a change-of-mind return, refund or credit:
- Special Order Products;
- partial rolls;
- custom-cut or template-cut material;
- opened, used, installed or altered products;
- clearance or discontinued products;
- swatch books, samples, display materials and merchandise; and
- products affected by incorrect storage, handling or installation.
6.4 Faulty products and statutory rights
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any statutory guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified. Where a product is alleged to be faulty, does not match its description, or otherwise fails to meet an applicable statutory guarantee, the Customer should provide order details, batch code, photographs and supporting information for assessment.
7. Partial Rolls and Repair Material
7.1 Supply of partial rolls
Partial rolls are generally supplied only for approved warranty, replacement or repair purposes connected to an original full-roll purchase. A batch code or original invoice may be required before repair material can be sourced.
7.2 Batch and colour matching
Where the original batch is unavailable, INOZETEK Australia may attempt to source the closest available batch. However, colour, finish, gloss level, metallic effect or texture may differ from existing material. By proceeding with a repair-material order, the Customer acknowledges and accepts the risk of visible variation between the new and existing material. INOZETEK Australia is not responsible for variation arising from batch differences, ageing, UV exposure, environmental conditions or the condition of the existing installed material.
8. Template Cutting Service
8.1 Availability and customer information
Template cutting is available only after the relevant vehicle details and template availability have been confirmed. It is an add-on service and is not available as a standalone purchase unless expressly approved in writing. The Customer must provide accurate vehicle information, including year, make, model, variant and relevant modifications. Vehicle photographs may be requested.
8.2 Standard cutting approach
Unless otherwise agreed, the standard cutting approach may include:
- template cutting of applicable panels;
- exclusion of front bumpers, rear bumpers and bonnets;
- removal of cut-outs, including door handles, badges, radar openings, sensor openings and similar small inserts; and
- application of standard material excess allowances.
Unless otherwise agreed, standard material excess allowances are approximately 5 mm for INOclear, 10 mm for INOmatte and 20 mm for Dynamic PPF.
8.3 Customer confirmation and limitations
The Customer is responsible for confirming the template, vehicle variant, cut style and requested coverage before cutting commences. Template-cut material is produced using a flatbed plotter. The backing paper may be cut through, and cap sheets may be removed where required. Minor surface marks, trim variation or handling marks may occur. INOZETEK Australia is not responsible for template accuracy issues arising from inaccurate vehicle information, vehicle modifications, incorrect template selection, installation technique, trim differences, panel variation or Customer-approved cut preferences. Once cutting has commenced, the template cutting service is non-refundable except to the extent required by law.
9. Warranty Registration and Claims
9.1 Eligibility and supporting information
Warranty registration and warranty claims are available only to approved Dealer Account holders. INOZETEK Australia may require the following information for registration or claim assessment:
- customer and installer details;
- product details, purchase date and invoice;
- batch code;
- vehicle details and installation date;
- photographs and videos;
- details of preparation, installation and aftercare; and
- any other information reasonably required for assessment.
9.2 Assessment and exclusions
Submission of a warranty claim does not constitute acceptance of that claim. Each claim remains subject to review and assessment under the applicable product warranty terms, installation requirements, maintenance requirements and exclusions. Warranty coverage may not apply where the issue arises from:
- incorrect storage or installation;
- inadequate surface preparation;
- use of unsuitable chemicals, coatings or solvents;
- contamination;
- accident, impact or third-party damage;
- neglect, poor maintenance or unauthorised repair or modification;
- normal wear and tear or environmental damage; or
- use outside the product’s intended purpose.
9.3 Approved claims
Where a claim is accepted, the available remedy may include replacement material, credit, repair, refund or another remedy considered appropriate by INOZETEK Australia or the manufacturer, subject to applicable law.
10. Training, Events and Merchandise
10.1 Additional terms
Training programs, certification, dealer events, promotional materials, merchandise and related services may be subject to additional terms presented at registration, booking or purchase.
10.2 Changes to programs and events
INOZETEK Australia may change, postpone or cancel training dates, event schedules, course content, venues or presenters where reasonably necessary.
11. Website, Intellectual Property and Privacy
11.1 Acceptable use
The Website and Dealer Account must not be used to:
- conduct unlawful activity;
- provide false or misleading information;
- access or attempt to access another person’s account;
- interfere with Website security or functionality;
- upload malware, spam, phishing content or harmful code;
- scrape, copy or extract data using automated tools;
- misuse pricing, dealer information or account access; or
- represent an unauthorised business as an authorised INOZETEK dealer.
11.2 Intellectual property
All Website content, product names, branding, logos, images, videos, text, graphics, swatch designs, training materials, display materials and software-related content are owned by or licensed to INOZETEK Australia, INOZETEK USA or their respective licensors. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, published, reverse engineered, scraped or otherwise used without prior written permission. Authorised dealers may use approved brand assets only in accordance with applicable brand guidelines and any written direction issued by INOZETEK Australia.
11.3 Third-party services
The Website may contain links to third-party websites, applications, payment providers, freight providers, social-media platforms or external tools. INOZETEK Australia is not responsible for the availability, content, security, privacy practices or accuracy of any third-party service. Use of a third-party service is subject to that provider’s own terms and policies.
11.4 Privacy
Personal information is collected, used, stored and disclosed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable privacy laws. Use of the Website or Services constitutes acknowledgement of the Privacy Policy.
12. Legal Terms and Contact Details
12.1 Disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Website, Dealer Portal and Services are provided on an “as available” basis. No representation is made that the Website will operate uninterruptedly, error-free, securely or free from viruses or other harmful components. To the maximum extent permitted by law, INOZETEK Australia is not liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special or economic loss, including loss of profit, loss of business opportunity, loss of reputation, labour costs, vehicle downtime or third-party claims. Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded but may lawfully be limited, INOZETEK Australia’s liability is limited, at its option and to the extent permitted by law, to replacement of the Goods, supply of equivalent Goods, repair of the Goods, credit, refund or re-performance of the relevant Service.
12.2 Indemnity
The Customer indemnifies INOZETEK Australia and its directors, employees, contractors and representatives against losses, claims, liabilities, damages and expenses arising directly from a breach of these Terms; misuse of Goods, Services, the Website or Dealer Account; inaccurate information provided by or on behalf of the Customer; unlawful conduct; or installation, sale, promotion or use of Goods contrary to product specifications, written instructions or applicable law. This indemnity does not apply to the extent that a loss is caused by INOZETEK Australia’s negligence, breach of these Terms or breach of law.
12.3 Changes, severability and waiver
INOZETEK Australia may amend these Terms from time to time. The current version will be published on the Website with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Website, Dealer Account, Goods or Services after the amended Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, that provision is to be severed to the extent necessary, without affecting the remaining provisions. A failure or delay by INOZETEK Australia to exercise a right does not constitute a waiver of that right.
12.4 Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales and courts entitled to hear appeals from them.
